Rolling out a new piece of software across a university campus is challenging. In order to take all possible difficulties into account a sounding board was set up for the rollout of Office 365. Once a month, the group came together and discusses various topics in order for the transition to progress as smooth as possible. My role was to advice the group from a student's perspective and to inform the group about the experiences and concerns of other students. These were gathered by meeting with pilot groups or by simply asking around when on campus.
