For our final bachelor project, a large and complex software engineering project, we had to apply all the knowledge and skills learned in the previous years. Our group consisted of 10 members and worked on a project proposed by the Intelligent Lighting Institute of Eindhoven University of Technology.
We had to implement addition of new sensors to the Markthal Lighting System, a lighting system in a living lab on the campus. The goal of the project was to enable users to control the lights with their own devices. We succesfully implemented the needs of the customer, enabling users to for example change the color of the lights in their proximity by moving their phone. We succesfully passed the project with an 8.
